Nordic walking is the ideal sport to increase one’s physical vigor, improve overall health and mental vitality. With the help of special poles, the arms push in an opposite and alternating way with respect to the feet. During training, movements affect up to 90% of the body’s muscles. Our nordic walking instructors will accompany you in learning the correct technique and will give you valuable tips to continue improving it more and more. By participating in our shinrin yoku activities, also known as forest bathing!
