Together with our insurance partners, we provide foreign travellers with medical baggage assistance coverage.
In a nutshell, the coverage includes:
People assistance
The guarantee provides, in the event of illness, accident or other fortuitous event occurring to the insured, the provision of assistance services such as, for example, medical advice by telephone, sending or reporting a doctor, organized medical transport etc. For journeys made in Europe, in the event of a breakdown or accident occurring to the vehicle, the guarantee also includes roadside assistance and other services for the vehicle.
Medical expenses for illness or injury
The guarantee covers ascertained and documented medical expenses incurred by the insured during the trip, for treatment resulting from injury or illness.
For medical expenses reimbursement guarantee, ceiling varies according to the destination:

Covid-19
Additional covid-19 guarantees for travels in Italy, no deductibles, ceilings:
- Assistance: per diem from hospitalization following covid-19 infection € 100, convalescence allowance following covid-19 infection € 1.500
- Travel interruption following quarantine: penalties for unused services € 1.500, air tickets to return to residence € 1.000, daily expenses for accommodation € 100
Luggage
The guarantee insures the baggage of the insured against the risks of fire, theft, robbery as well as loss and damage, and non-delivery by the carrier. It also provides for the reimbursement of expenses for reconstruction/duplication of passport, identity card, driving and boating license, documented expenses for the purchase of basic necessities and items for personal use.
