From the picturesque village of Santa Maria we will embark on a fascinating journey through art, nature and mysteries that still linger in this valley.

Step by step, we will discover a not very distant past made up of ancient beliefs and superstitions. Often the mind, in the solitude of the woods, was agitated by the stories that had been heard several times since childhood. And when the silence was broken by the thud of a branch or the whistling of the wind, the singular characters of those strange stories resurfaced. Stories that today allow us to know the local folklore and to immerse ourselves in what was the everyday life of the past.

We will walk until we reach the suggestive Sanctuary of San Francesco da Paola from which we can enjoy an enchanting view of the placid waters of the Revine Lakes and the surrounding hills.

Along the way, for those who wish, it is possible to participate in a guided tour with tasting (optional) in a historic cheese factory. Here the cheesemaker will reveal all the secrets of the milk. We will conclude by tasting the cheeses of the dairy accompanied by wine.

Hike with guided tour and tasting in the cheese factory: accompaniment with an hiking guide, guided tour of the dairy with insights into the art of cheese making, cheese tasting accompanied by two glasses of wine. Possibility of non-alcoholic alternative.

Excluded
Visits to the interior of the San Francesco da Paola Sanctuary and anything not expressly indicated above is excluded.

Reservation
Reservation is mandatory and must be made via the BOOK button at the top of the page, no later than 48 hours from the start of the event, after having read and accepted the Activity Rules, the Covid Prevention Measures and the Terms and Conditions.

Postponement and cancellation
The organization reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event in consideration of the weather updates of the previous day, notifying it by 14.00 for morning activities and by 18.00 for afternoon activities. In the absence of communications, the event is considered confirmed. The itinerary may vary in relation to weather and environmental conditions, as well as for any reason related to the safety of the participants.
The organization also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not reached, notifying it up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. In the absence of communications, the event is considered confirmed.

Renunciation
The participant can renounce a booked activity, by giving written notice to [email protected], up to 48 hours from the beginning of the same.

Reimbursement
In case of postponement, cancellation or renunciation, within the terms described above, a refund is foreseen, which will be made, at the choice of the applicant, in the form of a voucher or in currency.
The voucher can be used for the purchase of services of equal value.
The currency is credited with the same method used for the purchase, net of the payment platform fees (3.4% + € 0.35), within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the request.
