EXCURSION RULES AND REGULATION

OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants are required to:

• respect the departure time and the established schedule, adapting to any changes made by the guide;

• present yourself with a psychophysical condition, clothing and equipment suitable for the excursion. If in doubt, ask suggestions to the guide before the day of the excursion;

• maintain a disciplined behavior during the initiative, respecting people and private property and following the instructions given by the guide;

• follow the established route without leaving the group and without passing the guide;

• collaborate with the guide for the success of the initiative and follow his decisions, especially if in case of difficulties (environmental conditions and/or of the participants) and inform him of any problems that may arise during the activities, in particular with regard to your psychophysical conditions and equipment;

• do not pick up protected flowers, plants or grasses and in any case respect the directions given by the guide;

• keep your waste up to the appropriate bins.

Each participant is personally responsible for any risky behavior for himself and for others, particularly if he/she take personal initiatives despite the contrary opinion of the guide.

The duration of the excursion, indicated in the page of the excursion, is to be considered indicative and depends on several factors, including the conditions of the individual participants and the weather situation. Therefore, a minimum of adaptability and understanding is required.

A responsible adult must accompany children.

In the event of particularly adverse weather conditions, the excursion may be canceled, subject to previous communication.

DECLARATION OF FITNESS

By accepting this regulation, the Participant declares under his own responsibility to be in good health and in a psycho-physical condition suitable for the excursion. He also declares that he has provided the guide with any information useful for the correct assessment of his suitability and for any particular need, allergy, health condition, etc.

The Guides reserve the right to exclude, before the departure and the collection of the quotas, those not considered suitable for conditions or equipment, this for the safety of the person and/or group. In the case of justified exclusion, there will be no reimbursement of travel or any other type of expense, except for any participation fee paid.

OBLIGATORY EQUIPMENT

It is mandatory to wear trekking shoes. We recommend comfortable clothing in layers of different heaviness, suitable for seasonal and meteorological conditions. Please note that sudden changes in temperature and of weather are always possible, so it is advisable to carry an impermeable jacket and to protect clothing in the backpack inside closed plastic bags, personal storage of water of at least 1 liter.
At guide’s discretion, hikers not properly equipped could be excluded from the excursion at the place of departure.
The move from the meeting point to the starting point of the excursion will take place by own means.

DOGS

The Participant wishing to take part in the excursion accompanied by his/her dog has the OBLIGATION, during the booking phase, to communicate to the guide the presence of the animal in order to evaluate the suitability and the modalities of participation. It is at guide’s discretion to confirm whether or not the suitability for the participation of the single dog, also on the basis of size, sex, character, and kind of excursion. NO animals will be allowed in heat or who have finished this period in the two weeks prior to the excursion. The dog must be docile and easily controllable; the Participant must have the means of management and control of the animal necessary to guarantee the correct participation (leash and / or muzzle or similar). It is up to the Participant to ensure that their dog does not cause damage or disturbance to things, people or animals, that does not damage the flora, private properties, or other hikers. The responsibility related to the conduct of the dog and any problems related to it, is exclusive to the Participant. Failure to communicate the dog’s participation or failure to comply with the provisions designed to control it, may provide for the exclusion of the participant from the excursion, even at the time of departure.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

During the excursion, we or other participants will make photographic and/or video shootings which may appear on public domain sites and which will be used by the organization for promotional purposes concerning the activity itself. Participation in the excursion implies authorization for the publication of the aforementioned material.

GPS TRACES REGISTRATION

During the excursions it is allowed the use of GPS for orientation purposes but it’s not allowed to record traces.

RESPONSIBILITY

We decline any responsibility for any damage suffered or caused to people and/or things during the activity, the trip start when the Guide takes over the people and ended with the arrival at the final point of the excursion. Participation in the initiatives implies full acceptance of the above conditions.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION

Participation in our excursions involves the unconditional acceptance of this regulation.
