The Beescover Gift Card will be sent to the email address indicated during the purchase within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The gift voucher can be used within one year of purchase. To customize the Gift Card, write the name of the holder and a text of up to 120 characters and spaces included in the additional notes of the purchase procedure. HOW TO USE THE BEESCOVER GIFT CARD
The Beescover Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The reservation of the activity is compulsory.
Here’s how to proceed:
1. choose the activity from those scheduled in the calendar that you can view by clicking here
2. book the experience within the terms indicated in the form by entering, during the purchase, the code shown on the gift card
3. the value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the total amount of the reservation.

ATTENTION
The Gift Cards issued before activating the e-commerce have been converted into electronic Gift Cards to be used as indicated on this page in the “How to use the Beescover Gift Card” section.
Gift Cards valid during the closing periods of 2021 and 2022 will be extended accordingly.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND RESERVATION OF THE BEESCOVER GIFT CARD
The Beescover Gift Card entitles you to participate in the scheduled experiences indicated in the calendar which can be viewed by clicking here under “Download calendar”. Other activities are not included.
The booking confirmation will be given by specific communication to the email address indicated during the booking procedure.
In case of bad weather or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organization reserves the right to cancel the experience until the day before the activity.
The itinerary may vary in relation to weather and environmental conditions, as well as for any reason related to the safety of the participants.

The services included in the experience are specified in the page of the activity under “Included” and “Excluded”.
Penalty for cancellation by the customer: check the cancellation conditions indicated in the page of the booked activity. In case of cancellation of the activity by the organizer, it is possible to keep the gift voucher for another experience.
